Update on products free of colours associated with hyperactivity

It is possible to desensitise a child who is allergic to food colours (see earlier post) but if you are following an exclusion diet then it’s helpful to know that The Foods Standards Agency has updated its list of product ranges that do not contain the six food colours associated with possible hyperactivity in young children.
