Over the years, I have worked with many, many people on diverse issues. Take a look at Testimonials to see the scope of my experience and please contact me if you would like to discuss your particular situation.
I trained at the Bach Centre in Oxfordshire and also completed a Post Graduate course in psychotherapy at Spectrum Therapy Centre in North London. I am continually working on myself to discover easier and better ways to be in the world.
I am very interested in how we talk to ourselves negatively and how this leads us to feeling unwell, inadequate or unfulfilled. My training and experience gives me considerable tools in working with many emotional difficulties, such as:
- Fear and anxiety
- Emotional distress
- Migraines and headaches
- Lack of self-confidence
- Low self-esteem
- Bereavement and loss
Is there something you want to do or change? You know what you want or need to do but you just don’t get around to it. You tell yourself there isn’t enough time or money or you don’t have enough energy. Maybe you are fearful of success or of truly being seen for who you are. Sometimes we sabotage ourselves with subconscious fear or self-limiting belief. Our fear is disguised by lack of time or money etc.
With kinesiology we can discover your hidden self-talk, diffuse negative thought patterns which hold you back and replace them with supportive beliefs which help you get where you want to go.
It is a very gentle, supportive process which incorporates many techniques working to bring you to a less stressful existence, where you are motivated to do the things you want rather than distracted by fear. Strong negative beliefs will be transformed and blocks will be cleared.
Take a moment now to ask yourself:
- What would I like to have happen?
- Without knowing HOW, ask yourself, if it were possible for
me to do it – could I do it? Is it possible? Have others done it?
- If it’s possible, I know it exists, then when am I ready to achieve it ?
If the answer isn’t NOW, and it’s something you really want to do and you are putting it off, then you probably have a block somewhere.
You might want to lose weight. You might want to give up your job and travel. You might want to change career. You might want to learn to sing or play a musical instrument. You might want to give talks or speeches. You might want to start your own business. You might want to earn more money.
You might not know what you want to do, but know that you want to do or change something. You might only be able to define what is not working. That is sometimes the first place to start.

Optimum wellbeing and prevention
Many people reach out for help when something is wrong. There is, however, a great benefit in a regular commitment to maintain your emotional health, and as a result, your physical wellbeing.
Our natural state is wellness and with the correct stimulus our physical body will do its best to get us to where we want to be. A regular kinesiology treatment (called a balance) or Bach Flower Remedies consultation, offers natural solutions to deal with physical stresses and emotional tensions which lead us to ill-health.
As a child and throughout my early adult life, I suffered with chronic eczema on my hands, with some small patches on my legs and feet. There is much that can be done naturally to help eczema and I have now been eczema free for nearly 20 years.
Eczema is a condition of which I have considerable experience and success. There are many contributing factors and these can be different for everyone. Eczema is a very personal condition.
One of the most amazing benefits of kinesiology is that not only can we identify allergies to food, airborne chemicals, cosmetics, cleaning fluids etc but, with a very straight-forward, painless technique we can very often eradicate them forever!
- Identification and natural allergy relief for hay fever,
food and substance allergies
- Completely safe identification of allergies to substances which
may cause anaphylactic shock (eg. peanut allergy)
- Eczema, rashes, welts or spots
- Stomach ache particularly after eating
- Fatigue and tiredness
- Mood swings (one of the many identifiers especially in children)
